John A. Chappell is a Senior Manager with more than thirty five years of experience in both the government and non-profit field of disability services and advocacy and Engineering. John is recognized as a national leader and thinker in the field of disability with a proven track record of new initiatives and managing staffs. He has a track record of sound fiscal management and successful team building with individuals who have diverse backgrounds. john Also has a significant technical background in Information Technology and Electronics Engineering.
